Our Work Out To Help Out campaign invites everyone to join together to celebrate the power of exercise.
Covid-19 has shaken the world. The more we work out, the more resilience we build and the more physically and mentally able we are to cope with this and future threats from infection and disease.
Let’s unite together to highlight the important role fitness plays in protecting our health and well-being.
How can I get involved?
Encourage your friends and family to get active to help improve their physical and mental health.
Why not ask your local gym or leisure centre to see if they are joining the movement too? If so, they might have some special offers such as; free joining fee, free day passes, free bring a friend vouchers, and more!
