How to Set Up a Youth Account
🚨 Important: Age Restrictions. Myzone does not allow anyone below the age of digital consent in their country to create an account. If your child is between 13 and the digital age of consent, then you’ll need to create a Youth (Linked) Account under a Parent or Guardian’s account.

2. How to Create a Youth Account
Step 1 – Parent/Guardian Registers First

Go to moves.myzone.org

Enter the facility (gym/club) code and belt ID

No belt? Enter “0” in the belt field

Don’t know your facility code? Ask your club or refer to this article of community codes

Step 2 – Log In on Desktop

Open your account in a desktop or laptop browser

Click your profile icon → Personal Information
Step 3 – Add a Child Account

Scroll to Linked Child Accounts

Click the green + symbol

Enter your child’s details

Must use a different email address than the parent account

Click the green ✔ to confirm
Step 4 – Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to the child’s email address

They can now log in separately with their own credentials

Q: My child is above the age of consent— can they make their own account?
A: Yes, once they reach age of consent they can register independently.
Q: Can my child and I use the same email?
A: No, every account (child or parent) needs its own email address.

A: The minimum age is 16 unless specified. Contact Myzone Support if you’re unsure.
Q: What happens when my child reaches the minimum age?
A: They can transition to their own full account by registering directly.
Q: What is the difference between a youth account and adult account?
A: Access to specific social and sharing features will remain restricted for all users under 18.
