About this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of the websites operated by Myzone Holdings Limited under the Myzone brand, including websites on the myzone.org, myzone.fitness and myzone.shop domains and any related subdomains, including myzonemoves.com and associated e-commerce subdomains (the Site).

This policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Myzone Terms of Use.

By using the Site, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

Lawful Use

You must use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the Site:
  • in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
  • in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
  • to transmit, send or upload any material that does not comply with this policy;
  • to knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
  • to interfere with, damage, disable or disrupt any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
  • to impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; or
  • to use automated systems, bots, scraping tools or similar technologies to access, extract or analyse Site content or data without prior written consent.

User Content Standards

Where the Site allows you to submit content, including support tickets, comments or other communications, that content must comply with the following standards.

Content must:
  • be accurate where it states facts;
  • be genuinely held where it states opinions;
  • comply with applicable law in any country from which it is posted.
Content must not:
  • be defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
  • promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
  • infringe any intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
  • contain confidential information belonging to a third party without authority;
  • be misleading, deceptive or likely to misrepresent affiliation;
  • promote illegal activity;
  • contain spam, unsolicited promotional material or unauthorised advertising;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Personal Data and Privacy

You must not collect, harvest, scrape or store personal data about other users of the Site except where expressly permitted by the Site's functionality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

You must not use any information obtained through the Site for unsolicited marketing or commercial purposes.

Security

You must not:
  • attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site;
  • attempt to circumvent security measures;
  • attempt to access data not intended for you;
  • introduce malware or malicious code;
  • conduct denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.

Breach of this section may constitute a criminal offence. We may report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities and cooperate fully in any investigation.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor use of the Site for compliance, security and operational purposes.

If we reasonably consider that you have breached this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take such action as we consider appropriate, including:

  • issuing a warning;
  • removing or restricting access to content;
  • suspending or terminating your access to the Site;
  • reporting activity to law enforcement authorities;
  • pursuing legal action.

These actions are without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

Content Removal and Review

If you believe content on the Site breaches this Acceptable Use Policy, you may report it via our support portal.

If we remove or restrict content you have submitted or suspend your access to the Site in connection with a breach of this policy, you may contact us through the support portal to request a review of that decision.

Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Any changes will take effect from the "Last updated" date shown above.

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
