Definitions

Activity Challenge: the fitness engagement component described in section 4. It is distinct from the Prize Draw and may involve use of paid or trial Myzone Go services.

Challenge Period: 1 August 2026 at 00:00 UTC through 31 August 2026 at 23:59 UTC. The Promoter’s campaign servers are the official timekeeper for entry, connection, activity, synchronisation and support deadlines, subject to correction of a manifest system or time-recording error.

Entry Period: the same period as the Challenge Period, during which a person may obtain one Prize Draw entry through either entry route.

Eligible Territory: a country, state, district or territory expressly listed in section 3 or Schedule 4. A place is not eligible merely because it is not expressly prohibited.

MEPs: Myzone Effort Points calculated by Myzone from eligible heart-rate activity data received through the approved Garmin-to-Myzone connection.

Prize Draw: the chance-based prize promotion described in sections 5 and 8 to 11.

Promoter: Myzone Holdings Ltd.

Qualifying Garmin Device: a compatible Garmin smartwatch listed at [COMPATIBILITY URL] and owned or lawfully used by the participant.

Rules: these Official Rules, including the applicable territorial schedules.

1. Campaign structure

1.1 The campaign has two legally distinct components: (a) the Activity Challenge; and (b) the Prize Draw.

1.2 A person may receive one Prize Draw entry by either: (a) successfully completing the Activity Challenge route in section 4; or (b) using the free entry route in section 5. The free route does not require a purchase, payment, subscription, account, Garmin device, exercise, or health data.

1.3 All valid entries are placed into the same draw and have the same chance of winning. Completing both routes does not provide an additional entry or improve the chance of winning.

1.4 By joining the Activity Challenge or submitting a free entry, the entrant confirms that they have read and accept these Rules and the Challenge Privacy Notice at Garmin x Myzone Privacy Notice.

1.5 These Rules should be read with the territorial schedule that applies to the entrant. If a schedule conflicts with the main body, the schedule controls for that entrant.

2. Promoter and Garmin status

2.1 The Promoter is Myzone Holdings Ltd, incorporated in the Isle of Man under company number 017376V, with registered office at Level 3, Gordon House, 10a Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EJ, British Isles. Questions may be sent to challenges@myzone.org.

2.2 Garmin has authorised the approved use of its branding for this campaign but is not the promoter, administrator, sponsor, judge, or prize-fulfilment party. Garmin is not responsible for selecting or contacting the winner or for administering the Activity Challenge or Prize Draw.

2.3 Garmin, Forerunner, and related marks are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. or its affiliates. Myzone and related marks are trademarks of the relevant Myzone group company. Apple, Google, their app stores, and any social-media platform used to communicate the campaign are not sponsors or administrators of the campaign.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Prize Draw is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and until the Prize is awarded:

(a) are legal residents of, and physically located in, an Eligible Territory when entering;

(b) are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their place of residence;

(c) are legally able to accept the Prize; and

(d) comply with these Rules and the applicable territorial schedule.

3.2 The core Eligible Territories are:

(a) the United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland;

(b) the United States: the 49 states other than Rhode Island, plus the District of Columbia; and

(c) any additional country or territory expressly listed in Schedule 4 before the Entry Period opens.

3.3 Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and any country or territory not expressly listed are excluded. The campaign is void where prohibited or where required approvals, registrations, translations, consumer notices, privacy steps, or prize-delivery arrangements have not been completed before launch.

3.4 The following are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the Promoter, the Myzone group, Garmin personnel materially involved in the campaign, the draw provider, prize suppliers, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households. "Immediate family" means spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse or partner of any of them.

3.5 Only one entry is permitted per person. Each participant may use only one Myzone account and their own Qualifying Garmin Device for the Activity Challenge. Accounts and devices may not be shared for qualification purposes, and the same Garmin device may not be connected to more than one participant account for this campaign.

3.6 Existing subscribers and eligible free-trial users are treated equally. No person receives a better chance of winning because they subscribe, pay more, use a particular device model, earn more than 2,000 MEPs, or enter earlier during the Entry Period.

4. Activity Challenge route

4.1 To attempt the Activity Challenge route, an eligible participant must, during the Challenge Period:

(a) have a valid Myzone account in their own name and the current version of the Myzone app;

(b) join the campaign in the app and accept these Rules;

(c) connect a compatible Garmin account and Garmin smartwatch to their Myzone account through the applicable connection process; and

(d) complete the qualifying activity requirements described in these Rules.

Personal data used in connection with the Activity Challenge will be processed as described in the Myzone Privacy Notice.

MYZONE GO SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL DISCLOSURE
The standard Myzone Go free trial lasts 14 days. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically renews through the applicable app store at GBP 5.99 or USD 6.99 per month, subject to the price, taxes, billing cycle, cancellation method, and other terms displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase. The 14-day trial does not necessarily cover the full 31-day Challenge Period. A subscription is not required to enter the Prize Draw because the free entry route in section 5 is available.

4.2 A participant may connect their Garmin account before or at any time during the Challenge Period. MEPs earned before the later of (a) joining the campaign and giving the required data consent, and (b) completing the Garmin connection do not count and will not be backdated.

4.3 A temporary disconnection does not automatically disqualify a participant. However, only eligible activity recorded by Garmin and successfully transmitted through the approved connection by the synchronisation deadline can count. Participants should check their connection and progress regularly.

4.4 If a participant reaches 2,000 verified MEPs while their subscription or trial is active, later cancellation or expiry does not remove their Prize Draw entry, provided the participant remains otherwise eligible and the MEPs are not later invalidated under these Rules.

4.5 The participant must complete eligible activity no later than 31 August 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Activity must successfully synchronize to Myzone no later than 3 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC. A participant who believes eligible activity is missing must contact challenges@myzone.org by 5 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC and provide the requested activity details. Requests received later may not be capable of resolution before the draw.

4.6 A participant who successfully completes the Activity Challenge will receive one Prize Draw entry automatically after verification. No additional entry form is required. The Promoter may send an in-app or email confirmation, but absence of a confirmation does not by itself prove eligibility or ineligibility.

5. Free entry route

5.1 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. During the Entry Period, an eligible person may enter once, free of charge, at https://www.myzone.org/challenge/u/myzonexgarmin.

5.2 To submit a free entry, the entrant must provide: full name, email address, country and state or nation of residence, confirmation that they meet the applicable age requirement, acceptance of these Rules, and any information reasonably needed to prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries. The Promoter will not require a Myzone account, Garmin account, device, subscription, exercise, heart-rate information, or other health data for this route.

5.3 The free-entry form will be available from 1 August 2026 at 00:00 UTC until 31 August 2026 at 23:59 UTC. The entrant must complete any stated email-verification step before the Entry Period closes. The Promoter will display or send an electronic acknowledgement containing the entry timestamp and a non-sequential reference number. The acknowledgement confirms receipt only and does not confirm eligibility, validity or selection as a winner.

5.4 A person who enters through the free route and also completes the Activity Challenge receives only one entry. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the first valid entry recorded will count and the later duplicate will be disregarded.

5.5 Free entries and Activity Challenge entries are processed in the same draw and have equal status. A purchase, payment, subscription, device, MEP total, route chosen, or amount of activity does not affect the odds of winning.

5.6 An entrant who cannot use the online form because of a disability or access barrier may contact challenges@myzone.org during the Entry Period for a reasonable, free, and equally treated accessible entry method.

6. MEP and technical rules

6.1 For this campaign, eligible MEPs are those calculated by Myzone from genuine activity recorded directly by a Qualifying Garmin Device worn and used by the participant, then received through the approved Garmin-to-Myzone connection during the applicable period.

6.2 The following do not count, unless the Promoter confirms otherwise after review: manually created workouts; activity imported only from another third-party platform; duplicate recordings; activity recorded by another person; simulated, automated, altered, fabricated, or manipulated data; activity generated in breach of Garmin or Myzone terms; and MEPs credited because of a manifest system error.

6.3 Reasonable corrections made in Garmin may be reviewed, but the Promoter may request original activity identifiers, device records, or other proportionate evidence. MEPs that are reversed, duplicated, or corrected before verification may be removed from the campaign total.

6.4 Myzone system records are the primary record for campaign progress, subject to correction for manifest error and the complaint process in section 16. Garmin records may be used as supporting evidence. The Promoter will apply the same validation standards to all participants.

6.5 A damaged or replaced device may be substituted only with prior or prompt approval from challenges@myzone.org. The replacement must be a Qualifying Garmin Device connected to the same participant account. Device replacement does not permit duplicate activity or multiple entries.

6.6 The Promoter may investigate unusual activity patterns and may temporarily hold an entry while conducting a reasonable review. Before disqualification where practicable, the Promoter will give the participant an opportunity to provide an explanation or evidence.

7. Health, safety and accessibility

7.1 Participation in exercise is voluntary. Participants must exercise at a level appropriate for their health, fitness, experience, environment, and equipment, follow applicable device and activity guidance, use suitable clothing and hydration, and stop immediately if they feel pain, faintness, unusual breathlessness, or other concerning symptoms.

7.2 Participants should obtain advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially increasing exercise if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that affects heart rate, have been advised to limit activity, or have any concern about whether the Activity Challenge is suitable for them. Myzone personnel administering the campaign are not acting as healthcare professionals and do not provide medical advice through the campaign. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services.

7.3 Garmin devices, Myzone services, MEPs, heart-rate zones, leaderboards, and campaign communications are intended for fitness and engagement purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Garmin devices and Myzone products and services must be used in accordance with the applicable manufacturer, product, use and care instructions.

7.4 No person is required to undertake exercise, exceed a safe limit, or disclose health information to enter the Prize Draw. The free entry route in section 5 is available on equal terms.

7.5 The Promoter will consider reasonable requests for accessible communications, entry support, or other reasonable adjustments. A request may be made confidentially to challenges@myzone.org. Where altering the MEP threshold or technical scoring would not be reasonable or technically possible, the free entry route remains available without exercise.

8. Prize

8.1 There is one Prize and one global winner across all Eligible Territories and both entry routes. The Prize consists of:

(a) one Garmin Forerunner 970 smartwatch, approximate retail value GBP 600 / USD 749.99; and

(b) one Myzone merchandise bundle, approximate retail value GBP 100 / USD 130.

8.2 The approximate total retail value is GBP 700 / USD 880. Actual value may vary by country, exchange rate, retailer, colour, size, and fulfilment date. No difference between stated and actual value will be paid.

8.3 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Where a component is genuinely unavailable or cannot lawfully be supplied because of circumstances not reasonably foreseeable before launch, the Promoter may substitute a non-cash item of equal or greater value. The Promoter will not substitute merely to reduce cost or disadvantage the winner.

8.4 Colour, size, model variant, and merchandise selection are subject to availability. The Promoter will request clothing sizes where applicable but cannot guarantee a particular colour or style. Manufacturer warranty and third-party product terms apply to the Garmin product.

8.5 The Promoter will pay ordinary packing and delivery charges to one serviceable address in the winner's Eligible Territory and will use reasonable efforts to cover ordinary import or customs charges incurred through its chosen fulfilment method. The winner is responsible for personal income, federal, state, local, or other taxes imposed on the winner, except where the law requires the Promoter to withhold or pay them.

8.6 The Prize will be dispatched within 30 days after the winner completes verification and supplies all reasonably required delivery and tax information, unless the winner is told of an unavoidable delay and a revised reasonable timeframe.

9. Draw and odds

9.1 On 10 September 2026, the Promoter will combine all valid Activity Challenge entries and free entries into one pool and conduct the draw under independent supervision using a verifiably random computer process.

9.2 The Promoter will draw one provisional winner and at least three reserve winners in ranked order. Reserve winners will be contacted only if the provisional winner does not complete verification, does not respond, declines the Prize, or is ineligible.

9.3 The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received. Each eligible person has no more than one entry and each valid entry has an equal chance of selection.

9.4 The draw record will be retained for the period stated in the Challenge Privacy Notice and will identify the draw date, method, supervisor, total eligible entries, selected entry, and reserve order without publishing unnecessary personal or health data.

10. Winner notification and verification

10.1 The Promoter will contact the provisional winner using the email address associated with the valid entry and, for an Activity Challenge entrant, may also use an in-app notification. The Promoter expects to make the first contact within two business days after the draw.

10.2 The Promoter will make up to three reasonable contact attempts over seven calendar days. The provisional winner must respond within seven calendar days after the first contact, unless the Promoter allows a longer period for good reason.

10.3 Before award, the provisional winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residence, eligibility, account ownership, and, if applicable, tax information. A U.S. winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 or another required form. The Promoter will never require the winner to pay a fee or purchase anything to claim the Prize.

10.4 Where permitted by applicable law, the provisional winner must sign and return within the response period a declaration confirming their eligibility and compliance with these Rules, any reasonably required tax documentation, and a Prize acceptance and liability release limited to claims arising from the acceptance, possession or ordinary use of the Prize. No release will apply to fraud, negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of law, statutory consumer rights or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or released. Any permission relating to photographs, videos, testimonials or other publicity is governed separately by section 11 and the applicable territorial schedule.

10.5 If the provisional winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified, has breached these Rules, declines the Prize, or cannot lawfully accept it, the Promoter may disqualify that entry and contact the next reserve winner. This process may be repeated until a winner is verified or the reserve list is exhausted.

10.6 A selection is provisional until verification is complete. The Promoter may correct an administrative or draw error in a fair and transparent manner, but will not withdraw an awarded Prize except where required by law or where fraud or material ineligibility is established.

10.7 If all initially selected reserve winners are ineligible, fail to respond or decline the Prize, the Promoter will conduct one or more further random draws from the remaining valid entries until an eligible winner is verified, unless awarding the Prize has become unlawful or objectively impossible. The Prize will not revert to the Promoter and will not be donated to charity merely because the initial reserve list has been exhausted.

11. Winner information and publicity

11.1 After verification, the Promoter may announce limited winner information, such as first name, surname initial, region, state, or country, through Myzone communication channels. Any announcement will comply with the applicable schedule and the Challenge Privacy Notice.

11.2 For entrants in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Promoter will make the winner's surname and county or equivalent region available on request for the period stated in the applicable schedule. The winner may object to or request a reduction in publication, although the Promoter may still provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another regulator where required.

11.3 Except where Schedule 3 provides otherwise for the United States, photographs, videos, testimonials, interviews, social-media content, and other broader publicity require a separate, specific agreement. Refusing optional publicity will not affect the winner's right to receive the Prize.

11.4 The winner must not imply that Garmin or Myzone endorses personal statements beyond the approved campaign materials. Any public content must comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements.

12. Personal data

12.1 Myzone Holdings Ltd is the controller responsible for personal data processed to administer the campaign. The Challenge Privacy Notice explains the data used, purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention, and participant rights. Privacy questions may be sent to dpo@myzone.org.

12.2 The Activity Challenge route may involve account details, Garmin connection status, device identifiers, workout timing, heart-rate data, and MEP totals. Location data is not required for this campaign. The free entry route does not require heart-rate, workout, device, or other health data.

12.3 Personal data used in connection with the Activity Challenge, including heart-rate, workout and related activity information, will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Myzone Privacy Notice. The Myzone Privacy Notice explains how Myzone processes that information, the legal bases on which it relies, and the rights and choices available to participants. Acceptance of these Rules does not itself constitute consent to the processing of personal data. Participants using the Free Entry Route are not required to provide or connect any heart-rate, workout or other health-related information.

12.4 Campaign data will be used for administration, scoring, verification, fraud prevention, draw audit, winner contact, prize fulfilment, legal compliance, and dispute handling. It will not be used to send marketing merely because a person entered the campaign.

12.5 Garmin supplies activity data to Myzone when a participant authorises the connection. Myzone does not routinely send challenge progress or entry data back to Garmin. Garmin may be told limited winner information only with separate permission or where reasonably necessary for authorised prize support and disclosed in the Challenge Privacy Notice.

12.6 Withdrawing a health-data consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. If consent is withdrawn before the Promoter can verify Activity Challenge completion, that route may no longer be capable of verification; the entrant may use the free route while it remains open.

13. Fair play and disqualification

13.1 Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. The Promoter may reject or disqualify an entry for material breach of these Rules, false eligibility information, use of multiple identities or accounts, shared or borrowed activity, tampering, automated or bulk entry, interference with the integration or draw, abuse of staff or other participants, or conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage.

13.2 The Promoter will exercise disqualification powers reasonably and proportionately. Where practicable, the entrant will be told the reason and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision.

13.3 Disqualification from the Activity Challenge does not prevent an otherwise eligible person from using the free route before it closes, unless the disqualification also involves fraud, identity misuse, abusive conduct, or another reason that independently justifies exclusion from the Prize Draw.

13.4 The Promoter may refer suspected unlawful conduct to the relevant platform provider, regulator, or law-enforcement authority and may preserve relevant records as permitted by law.

14. Technical failures and changes

14.1 The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant's incompatible device, depleted battery, incorrect settings, loss of internet or mobile service, failure to complete app-store cancellation, or failure to keep account details current. This does not excuse a failure caused by the Promoter's own lack of reasonable care or breach of law.

14.2 If a material outage, integration defect, cybersecurity incident, fraud, natural disaster, regulatory direction, or other event outside the Promoter's reasonable control affects the campaign, the Promoter may take steps reasonably necessary to preserve fairness, including extending a synchronization or entry deadline, pausing the campaign, correcting affected records, or conducting the draw from valid entries received. The Promoter will publish material changes promptly and will avoid disadvantaging entrants more than reasonably necessary.

14.3 The Promoter will not change the eligibility criteria, free-entry treatment, Prize, or winner-selection method after launch merely for convenience or commercial benefit. Any unavoidable substitution or change will provide an equivalent or fairer outcome so far as reasonably possible.

14.4 The Promoter may cancel the campaign only where it cannot reasonably continue lawfully or fairly. Where lawful and practicable, it will still award the Prize from valid entries received before cancellation.

15. Liability

15.1 Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; wilful misconduct or gross negligence where liability cannot be excluded; breach of statutory consumer rights; or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

15.2 Subject to section 15.1 and applicable law, the Promoter is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of its breach of these Rules or failure to use reasonable care. It is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses suffered by a consumer, or for failures caused solely by events outside its reasonable control after reasonable mitigation steps.

15.3 Garmin and other third-party product or platform providers remain responsible for their own products and services under their applicable warranties, terms, and law. Nothing in these Rules creates a broader warranty by the Promoter for a third-party product.

15.4 Participants remain responsible for ordinary app-store subscription charges they validly incur. Refund and cancellation rights are governed by applicable law and the relevant app-store terms; these Rules do not remove statutory rights.

16. Complaints

16.1 Questions, accessibility requests, missing-activity queries, and complaints should be sent to support@myzone.org with the entrant's name, country, entry route, and enough information to investigate. Do not send passwords or unnecessary medical records.

16.2 Missing-activity queries should be received by 5 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Other complaints should be raised as soon as possible and normally within 30 days after the relevant event. The Promoter will investigate in good faith and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.

16.3 Nothing in this section prevents an entrant from contacting a court, consumer authority, data-protection authority, advertising regulator, gambling regulator, or other body with jurisdiction.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

17.1 The applicable governing law and courts are stated in the entrant's territorial schedule. No choice-of-law or jurisdiction provision deprives an entrant of mandatory consumer, privacy, promotion, or other rights available under the law of their place of residence.

17.2 For an entrant in an Additional Eligible Territory, Schedule 4 must state any local governing-law or jurisdiction modification. If it does not, the laws of England and Wales apply to the contractual administration of the campaign, subject always to non-waivable local rights and any court that has mandatory jurisdiction.

18. General terms

18.1 If campaign advertising, an app screen, social-media post, email, or other communication conflicts with these Rules, these Rules control, except that a more favourable clear promise already made to an entrant will be honoured where required by law.

18.2 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

18.3 The Promoter may use service providers to administer the campaign, but remains responsible for its obligations under these Rules. An entrant may not transfer an entry or rights under these Rules.

18.4 The English-language version is the controlling version only where lawful. A locally required translation and any mandatory local language rule will control for entrants in the relevant territory to the extent required by law.

Schedule 1 - Great Britain

GB1 This Schedule applies to residents of England, Wales, and Scotland.

GB2 The free route in section 5 is intended to be genuinely free, no more expensive and no less convenient than the paid or device-based route, displayed with substantially equal prominence, and treated equally in the draw. No purchase increases the chance of winning.

GB3 The Promoter will conduct the draw using an independently supervised or verifiably random process and will retain an auditable record.

GB4 For three months after the winner is verified, a person may request the winner's surname and county by emailing support@myzone.org with the subject "Garmin x Myzone Winner Information". The winner may object to or request reduced publication. The Promoter may nevertheless provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

GB5 Broader publicity, including photographs, videos, interviews, testimonials, and social-media content, is optional and subject to a separate agreement. It is not a condition of entry or receipt of the Prize.

GB6 For residents of England and Wales, these Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. For residents of Scotland, these Rules are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights and rights to use local courts are unaffected.

Schedule 2 - Northern Ireland

NI1 This Schedule applies to residents of Northern Ireland.

NI2 The free route in section 5 is intended to be genuinely free or charged only at the ordinary cost of using the communication method, no more expensive and no less convenient than the paid route, publicised so that it is likely to come to the attention of potential participants, and treated equally in prize allocation.

NI3 For three months after verification, a person may request the winner's surname and county or equivalent region by emailing challenges@myzone.org. The winner may object to or request reduced publication, subject to disclosure to a regulator where lawfully required.

NI4 Broader winner publicity is optional and requires a separate agreement. It is not a condition of entry or receipt of the Prize.

NI5 These Rules are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the courts of Northern Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer and other local rights are unaffected.

Schedule 3 - United States

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF 49 U.S. STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING RHODE ISLAND. VOID IN U.S. TERRITORIES AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

US1 For this Schedule, the Promoter is also referred to as the "Sponsor". The Sponsor is Myzone Holdings Ltd at the address in section 2.1.

US1A — U.S. administrator. The Sponsor may appoint Myzone Inc., incorporated in Illinois, USA, number 70161893, with Registered Office at 1755 Park St. Suite 200, Naperville, IL 60563, United States, to act as its U.S. administrator and prize-fulfilment agent. Myzone Inc. will act on the Sponsor’s behalf and will not be a co-sponsor unless expressly identified as such. The Sponsor remains responsible for the proper administration of the Promotion.

US2 The U.S. Entry Period begins at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on 31 July 2026 and ends at 7:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on 31 August 2026, which corresponds to the global UTC Entry Period. The Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper, subject to correction for manifest error.

US3 An entrant must be a legal resident of one of the 49 eligible states or the District of Columbia, physically located in an eligible jurisdiction when entering, and at least 18 and the age of majority in their state or district. Rhode Island and all U.S. territories and possessions are excluded.

US4 The free online route in section 5 is the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). It requires no purchase, subscription, device, account, exercise, or health data and has the same deadline, entry limit, draw treatment, and odds as the Activity Challenge route.

US5 The approximate retail value of the Prize in the United States is USD 880. The actual value may vary. The winner is solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete IRS Form W-9. The Sponsor may issue Form 1099-MISC or another required tax report.

US6 Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's permission for the Sponsor and its authorised agencies to use the winner's name, city and state, voice, likeness, photograph, and approved statements for reasonable campaign publicity without additional compensation. The Sponsor may request a written release. This clause does not authorise the use of sensitive health information or imply a Garmin endorsement of the winner.

US7 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the winner releases the Sponsor, Garmin, app-store providers, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising solely from acceptance, possession, or ordinary use of the Prize, except to the extent caused by that party's negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of law, or another liability that cannot lawfully be released.

US8 For U.S. residents whose state law regulates consumer health data, the Sponsor will provide any required state-specific notice and obtain any required affirmative consent before collecting or using heart-rate or workout data for the Activity Challenge. The AMOE remains available without consumer health data. The Sponsor does not sell campaign health data, use it for targeted advertising, or use geofencing around healthcare facilities for this campaign.

US9 This promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. Applicable mandatory law of the entrant's state or district of residence governs, and disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Rules waives a non-waivable consumer right.

US10 — Winner documentation. Except where prohibited by law, the provisional U.S. winner must complete, sign and return within seven calendar days after request:

  1. an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility confirming compliance with these Rules;

  2. a liability release limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law;

  3. a publicity release to the extent permitted by applicable law; and

  4. any tax or identity documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor.

The releases will not waive liability for negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of law or any other liability that cannot lawfully be waived. If the provisional winner does not return the required documents within the permitted period, the Sponsor may disqualify the provisional winner and contact the next reserve winner.

US11 — Winner information. For 90 days after the winner has been verified, a person may request limited winner information by emailing challenges@myzone.org with the subject line “Garmin x Myzone Winner Information”. The Sponsor will provide information reasonably sufficient to demonstrate that a valid award occurred, which may include the winner’s first name, surname initial, city and state. The Sponsor may withhold or reduce information where reasonably necessary to protect the winner’s privacy, but may provide fuller information to a regulator or governmental authority where required by law.

Schedule 4 - Additional Eligible Territories

There are no additional eligible territories.
