I have a severe mental illness. When I interact with the people at the gym, however, I feel great. I work very hard every day at the gym or at home, and the intense exercise helps make my medications work better. I have even been able to eliminate two of my medications since starting the gym. Myzone has helped to boost my self-confidence.

"I spend 3-4 hours a day at the gym, and Myzone helps me to compete with other members"

When I started I weighed 315 pounds. Now I weigh in at 245, but I’m not done yet, I am aiming to get down to 185 pounds and don’t want to stop until I achieve my goal. I spend 3-4 hours a day at the gym, and Myzone helps me to compete with other members, not to mention it is a lot of fun to use and helps keep me motivated.

"My goal is to climb all the way to the Hall of Fame status"

I am currently working towards Diamond Status, but my goal is to climb all the way to the Hall of Fame status. Myzone staff has always been there to help me with any issues, they are great people.

"Myzone has given me a strong foundation to achieve my dreams"

Myzone has given me a strong foundation to achieve my dreams. I no longer take blood pressure or diabetes medication, and I feel good being out in the community because of the weight that I have lost. Before Myzone, I would just stay in my house weighing over 300 pounds, but that has all changed.

"I have also gained a tremendous amount of energy, which I also credit Myzone"

Due to my mental illness, I am sometimes unable to go to the gym; however, I can still work out from home, thanks to Myzone. I have also gained a tremendous amount of energy, which I also credit to Myzone. Symptoms of my mental illness have decreased a lot, and being able to work out from home, if needed, keeps me going in a positive direction.

My self-esteem has given me the confidence to hold conversations with all people, even my family and friends have noticed the changes in my life. Finally, the Myzone team has always been there to help, and has helped support my journey.
