Myzone user explains what has kept her motivated during lockdown

Hi my name is Lyndal Pratt, I am a member of Workout South Norwa in Australia. My main driving force to exercise is to stay fit and healthy. I am lucky to be part of a great gym with an owner/trainer that went over and beyond by doing online workouts daily #workoutsouthnowra. This has provided great motivation throughout the lockdown.

I like to mix my workouts up but have to say I do like a good dumbbell workout. And just going for walks outdoors. Myzone is a great monitoring too. I Love to be able to see what gets my heart rate spiked and compare workouts so I know where to push harder.

The charity I chose to donate my prize to is Save the Children Australia. The thought of people suffering is heart breaking and especially in a time like this, so I’m happy to be able to provide a little support to them while in need.

I can honestly say I haven’t really won anything before, so I am super stoked to be a winner in this challenge! I plan to treat myself to some new gym gear with the prize money. Thanks Myzone!
