Hi My name is Ally France, I am a member of the Belfrey Hotel and Resort in the UK. My main driving force to exercise is to stay fit and healthy to help fight this virus. I’ve stayed motivated throughout this pandemic with the help of my husband training with me.

I love both training indoors with the help of Chris and our belfry zoom classes every day and I enjoy walking outdoors also. Myzone has been a big motivator for me. I like that I can track my calories, and it also makes me move more.

The charity I have chosen to award my prize money to is Kidz Klub Leeds. This charity is to help underprivileged children to get them out and about and looked after. 

I was very excited to find out I was a winner in this challenge. I am planning to spend my prize money on my four children.
